About Blaise

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California and Colorado, and a Licensed Addiction Counselor in Colorado. With decades of experience supporting individuals and families, I bring both professional expertise and a compassionate presence to my work.
My clinical training includes evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Trauma Informed Motivational Interviewing. These tools provide practical strategies for navigating challenges, building resilience, and fostering emotional balance.
At the same time, I believe healing is most powerful when it honors the whole person—Mind, Body, and Spirit. For over 13 years, I have been a dedicated student of A Course in Miracles, a spiritual text that has deepened my understanding of forgiveness, inner peace, and the transformative power of love. While I never impose spiritual frameworks, I offer clients the option to explore how psychotherapy and spirituality can work together to create lasting change.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to each individual. Whether you are seeking relief from anxiety or depression, working through recovery, or longing for greater meaning and connection, I provide a safe and supportive space to rediscover hope and embrace your full self.
